We pride ourselves on flexibility & speed, aiming to commit code in our first week (often days) with a new dev team.
We’ll wrap your team’s process
1
We pride ourselves on flexibility. We’ll learn your team’s ideal collaboration style and slot into your existing tools, so we can start shipping code as soon as humanly possible.
2
By default, we’re agile developers, planning our work in sprints, and organizing tickets in a kanban board. We like daily standups, retrospectives, and burndown charts to track our progress.
3
We bill Time & Materials, so our clients only pay for what they use. We’re big on estimation, too! We like to measure twice and cut once, ensuring there are no surprises during the development cycle.
We help fast-moving product and marketing teams ship like clockwork.
A flexible content system
Using image optimization features in Next.js and Sanity, we identified opportunities to make the Hinge site load faster while reducing costs.
By optimizing with responsive images and serving assets from a new CDN, we lowered page bandwidth by an average of 44% per page, reduced monthly hosting costs by 82%, and improved page performance metrics.
Replit’s product velocity demanded a marketing site that could keep pace. New features were landing weekly, and each one needed its moment in the world. We embedded directly with the Replit marketing team, treating their roadmap as our own and building the infrastructure to match.
We architected a component library and content model that let marketers spin up launch pages, feature announcements, and campaign microsites without engineering bottlenecks, while preserving the visual rigor and performance standards of the core site. The result was a publishing rhythm where engineering ships, marketing tells the story, and the gap between the two collapses to near-zero.
The anatomy of a weekly ship
Every week our clients receive a Weekly Ship email from their Sanctuary Computer Project Lead, including up-to-date budgetary information and projections to keep the whole team informed of how we’re tracking overall, so we can strategize as a team as needs change in real time.
Truly, incredible partners. I bring you guys up in every conversation last few days… Really couldn’t ask for anything else.
A polished, motion-rich platform
We implemented the refreshed Harvey marketing site using a familiar stack: Next.js, TypeScript, and Sanity.
Our work spanned dynamic platform pages, legal solutions content, a robust blog system with search and timelines, customer testimonial modules, a shared navigation system across Harvey’s helpdesk and marketing content, and a content-rich careers section.
Uniswap's digital presence spanned multiple platforms, each built on different technologies, including a Contentful-powered Blog, a Docusaurus-powered technical documentation site, and a Zendesk help center. We led a redesign effort to help align its eventual user experience with the rest of the ecosystem.
We used Tailwind CSS as the core styling framework, allowing Uniswap to share configuration files between its various platforms. This ensured that design components and typography were identical, no matter where users interacted with Uniswap's content.
